Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a steel sheet for carburizing having excellent ductility, and a production method therefor. This steel sheet contains, by mass%, 0.02% to less than 0.30% C, 0.005% to less than 0.5% Si, 0.01% to less than 3.0% Mn, not more than 0.1% P, not more than 0.1% S, 0.0002% to 3.0% sol. Al, not more than 0.2% N, and 0.010% to 0.150% Ti, with the remainder comprising Fe and impurities. The number of carbides per 1,000 μm2 is not more than 100. The percentage of carbides having an aspect ratio of 2.0 or less is 10% or more relative to all carbides. The average circle equivalent diameter of the carbides is not more than 5.0 μm, and the average crystal grain size of ferrite is not more than 10.0 μm.
(FR) Cette invention concerne une tôle d'acier pour cémentation présentant une excellente ductilité et son procédé de production. Cette tôle d'acier contient, en % en masse, 0,02 % à moins de 0,30 % de C, 0,005 % à moins de 0,5 % de Si, 0,01 % à moins de 3,0 % de Mn, pas plus de 0,1 % de P, pas plus de 0,1 % de S, 0,0002 % à 3,0 % d'Al sol., pas plus de 0,2 % de N, et 0,010 % à 0,150 % de Ti, le reste étant du Fe et des impuretés. Le nombre de carbures pour 1000 μm2 n'est pas supérieur à 100. Le pourcentage de carbures ayant un rapport d'aspect de 2,0 ou moins est de 10 % ou plus par rapport à la totalité de carbures. Le diamètre moyen du cercle équivalent des carbures est inférieur ou égal à 5,0 μm et la taille moyenne du grain cristallin de la ferrite est inférieure ou égale à 10,0 μm.
(JA) 延性により優れた浸炭用鋼板とその製造方法を提供する。本発明の鋼板は、質量%で、C:0.02%以上0.30%未満、Si:0.005%以上0.5%未満、Mn:0.01%以上3.0%未満、P:0.1%以下、S:0.1%以下、sol.Al:0.0002%以上3.0%以下、N:0.2%以下、Ti:0.010%以上0.150%以下を含有し、残部が、Fe及び不純物からなり、1000μm2あたりの炭化物の個数が、100個以下であり、アスペクト比が2.0以下である炭化物の個数割合が、全炭化物に対して10%以上であり、炭化物の平均円相当直径が、5.0μm以下であり、フェライトの平均結晶粒径が、10μm以下である。
