Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a steel sheet for carburization that demonstrates even superior ultimate ductility prior to carburization, and a production method therefor. This steel sheet contains, in mass%, 0.02% to less than 0.30% C, 0.005% to less than 0.5% Si, 0.01% to less than 3.0% Mn, no more than 0.1% P, no more than 0.1% S, 0.0002% to 3.0% sol.Al, and no more than 0.2% N, with the remainder comprising Fe and impurities. The average value of the ratios of X-ray diffraction intensity in a random sample of the {100}<011> to {223}<110> orientation group of ferrite grains is no higher than 7.0. The average circle equivalent diameter of carbides is no larger than 5.0 μm. The proportion of the number of carbides with an aspect ratio of no higher than 2.0 is at least 80% relative to all of the carbides, and the proportion of the number of carbides present within the ferrite grains is at least 60% relative to all of the carbides.
(FR) L'invention concerne une tôle d'acier pour la carburation qui démontre même une ductilité ultime supérieure avant la carburation, et son procédé de production. Cette tôle d'acier contient, en % en masse, de 0,02 % à moins de 0,30 % de C, de 0,005 % à moins de 0,5 % de Si, de 0,01 % à moins de 3,0 % de Mn, pas plus de 0,1 % de P, pas plus de 0,1 % de S, de 0,0002 % à 3,0 % de sol.Al, et pas plus de 0,2 % de N, le reste comprenant du Fe et des impuretés. La valeur moyenne des rapports de l'intensité de diffraction des rayons X dans un échantillon aléatoire du groupe d'orientation {100}<011> à {223}<110> des grains de ferrite n'est pas supérieure à 7,0. Le diamètre équivalent de cercle moyen des carbures n'est pas supérieur à 5,0 µm. La proportion du nombre de carbures avec un rapport d'aspect inférieur ou égal à 2,0 est d'au moins 80 % par rapport à l'ensemble des carbures, et la proportion du nombre de carbures présents dans les grains de ferrite est d'au moins 60 % par rapport à l'ensemble des carbures.
