Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a pipe treaded joint and a method for producing the same. The pipe threaded joint is provided with a pin (4), a box (5), and a Zn-Ni alloy-coated layer (6). The pin (4) has a pin-side contact surface (40) including a pin-side threaded portion (41). The box (5) has a box-side contact surface (50) including a box-side threaded portion (51). The Zn-Ni alloy-coated layer (6) is disposed on at least one among the pin-side contact surface (40) and the box-side contact surface (50). The Zn-Ni alloy-coated layer (6) is composed of Zn, Ni, trace Cr, and impurities. The content of trace Cr in the Zn-Ni alloy-coated layer (6) is at least 5.0×10 counts/second in terms of Cr intensity as measured by secondary ion mass spectrometry using O2+ as an ion source.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un raccord fileté de tuyau et son procédé de fabrication. Le raccord fileté de tuyau est pourvu d'une broche (4), d'une boîte (5) et d'une couche revêtue d'alliage Zn-Ni (6). La broche (4) a une surface de contact côté broche (40) comprenant une partie filetée côté broche (41). La boîte (5) a une surface de contact côté boîte (50) comprenant une partie filetée côté boîte (51). La couche revêtue d'alliage Zn-Ni (6) est disposée sur la surface de contact côté broche (40) et/ou la surface de contact côté boîte (50). La couche revêtue d'alliage Zn-Ni (6) est constituée de Zn, Ni, de Cr à l'état de traces et d'impuretés. La teneur en Cr à l'état de traces dans la couche revêtue d'alliage Zn-Ni (6) est d'au moins 5,0×10 comptes/seconde en termes d'intensité de Cr mesurée par spectrométrie de masse des ions secondaires à l'aide d'O2 + en tant que source d'ions.
