Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an armature 14 comprising a rotary shaft 15, a core 18 secured to the rotary shaft 15, a winding 20 wound around the core 18, and a rectifier 19 that has claws 19a to which the winding 20 is connected and that is secured to the rotary shaft 15. The armature 14 is provided with a mold resin 22 for covering at least a connection part between the winding 20 and the claws 19a. A motor 10 comprises the armature 14. In addition, according to this method for manufacturing an armature 14, at least a connection part between claws 19a and a winding 20 is molded by a resin.
(FR) L'invention concerne une armature (14) comprenant un arbre rotatif (15), un noyau (18) fixé à l'arbre rotatif (15), un enroulement (20) enroulé autour du noyau (18) et un redresseur (19) qui a des griffes (19a) auxquelles l'enroulement (20) est relié et qui est fixé à l'arbre rotatif (15). L'armature (14) est pourvue d'une résine de moulage (22) pour recouvrir au moins une partie de liaison entre l'enroulement (20) et les griffes (19a). Un moteur (10) comprend l'armature (14). De plus, selon ledit procédé de fabrication d'une armature (14), au moins une partie de liaison entre les griffes (19a) et un enroulement (20) est moulée par une résine.
(JA) 電機子14は、回転軸15と、回転軸15に固定されるコア18と、コア18に巻回される巻線20と、巻線20が接続される爪部19aを有して回転軸15に固定される整流子19と、を備える。電機子14には、少なくとも爪部19aと巻線20との接続部分を覆うモールド樹脂22が設けられる。また、モータ10はこの電機子14を備える。さらに、この電機子14の製造方法によれば、少なくとも爪部19aと巻線20との接続部分を樹脂によってモールドする。
