Abstract:
(EN) A power conversion device (1) is provided with: a laminated semiconductor unit (2) formed by laminating, in a lamination direction X, a plurality of semiconductor modules (3) each having a built-in semiconductor element (4); reactors (11) each constituting a boosting circuit which boosts DC voltage; and a capacitor (7) electrically connected to the plurality of semiconductor modules (3). Respective refrigerant flow passages (21, 23, 25) are provided to the laminated semiconductor unit (2), the reactors (11), and the capacitor (7), and further, the reactors (11) and the capacitor (7) are disposed adjacent to each other.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de conversion de courant qui est pourvu : d'une unité semi-conductrice stratifiée (2) formée par stratification, dans une direction de stratification (X), d'une pluralité de modules à semi-conducteurs (3) ayant chacun un élément semi-conducteur intégré (4) ; de réacteurs (11) constituant chacun un circuit d'amplification qui amplifie une tension continue ; et d'un condensateur (7) connecté électriquement à la pluralité de modules à semi-conducteurs (3). Des passages d'écoulement de réfrigérant respectifs (21, 23, 25) sont disposés sur l'unité semi-conductrice stratifiée (2), les réacteurs (11) et le condensateur (7), et en outre, les réacteurs (11) et le condensateur (7) sont disposés adjacents l'un à l'autre.
