Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a grease composition that has high biodegradability and, when enclosed within and used in a rolling bearing or the like, can lower torque and prolong service life without adverse affects such as rust generation; and a method for producing the grease composition. Also provided is a rolling device that uses the grease composition for lubrication. In a rolling bearing 1, a grease composition 7 is enclosed in the periphery of a rolling element 4. The grease composition 7 contains a base oil and a thickener. The thickener is a prescribed hydrophobic cellulose fiber and is contained in an amount of 0.1 to 15% by mass relative to the total mass of the base oil and the thickener.
(FR) L'invention concerne : une composition de graisse qui présente une biodégradabilité élevée et, lorsqu'elle est enfermée et utilisée dans un palier à roulement ou similaire, peut abaisser le couple et prolonger la durée de vie sans effets défavorables tels que l'apparition de rouille ; et un procédé de production de la composition de graisse. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de roulement qui utilise la composition de graisse pour la lubrification. Dans un palier à roulement (1), une composition de graisse (7) est enfermée dans la périphérie d'un élément de roulement (4). La composition de graisse (7) contient une huile de base et un épaississant. L'épaississant est une fibre de cellulose hydrophobe prescrite et est contenu en une quantité comprise entre 0,1 et 15 % en masse par rapport à la masse totale de l'huile de base et de l'épaississant.
(JA) 高い生分解性を有しつつ、転がり軸受などに封入して使用した場合に、錆発生などの悪影響を与えず、低トルク化および長寿命化を図り得るグリース組成物およびその製造方法を提供する。また、このグリース組成物を潤滑に使用した転動装置を提供する。転がり軸受1は、グリース組成物7が転動体4の周囲に封入されてなり、このグリース組成物7は、基油と増ちょう剤とを含み、この増ちょう剤が、所定の疎水性セルロース繊維であり、基油と増ちょう剤の合計質量に対して0.1~15質量%含まれる。
