Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a unitary polyion complex composed of a specific number of block copolymers having a polyethylene glycol segment and a cationic polyamino acid segment, and a specific number of nucleic acids, wherein the sum of the positive charge level derived from the side chains of the cationic polyamino acid segments of the block copolymer in the unitary polyion complex is not canceled out by the sum of the negative charge level derived from the nucleic acids, the nucleic acid chain is 10-50 bases long, the molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol segment is 40 × 103 or higher, and the binding constant (Ka) of the block copolymer to the nucleic acid is 3.0 × 105 or higher.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un complexe polyionique unitaire composé d’un nombre spécifique de copolymères séquencés ayant un segment polyéthylène glycol et un segment de poly(acide aminé cationique), et un nombre spécifique d’acides nucléiques, la somme du niveau de charge positive dérivée des chaînes latérales des segments de poly(acide aminé cationique) du copolymère séquencé dans le complexe polyionique unitaire n’étant pas annulée par la somme du niveau de charge négative dérivée des acides nucléiques, la chaîne d’acide nucléique étant de 10 à 50 bases de longueur, le poids moléculaire du segment polyéthylène glycol étant de 40 x 103 ou plus, et la constante de liaison (Ka) du copolymère séquencé à l’acide nucléique étant de 3,0 x 105 ou plus.
(JA) 本発明は、ポリエチレングリコールセグメントとカチオン性ポリアミノ酸セグメントとを有する特定数のブロックコポリマーと、特定数の核酸と、から構成されるユニット型ポリイオンコンプレックスであって、 該ユニット型ポリイオンコンプレックスにおける該ブロックコポリマーのカチオン性ポリアミノ酸セグメントの側鎖由来の正の電荷量の合計が、該核酸由来の負の電荷量の合計で相殺されず、 該核酸の鎖長が、10~50塩基長であり、 該ポリエチレングリコールセグメントの分子量が、40×10以上であり、 該ブロックコポリマーの該核酸に対する結合定数(Ka)が、3.0×10以上である、ユニット型ポリイオンコンプレックスを提供する。
