Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides: a thermoelectric material which is mainly composed of an Al-Fe-Si system intermetallic compound and exhibits thermoelectric effects over the temperature range from room temperature to 600°C, and which can be p-type or n-type by means of composition control; a method for producing this thermoelectric material; and a thermoelectric power generation module. A thermoelectric material according to the present invention comprises, as the main phase, a phase which contains at least Al, Fe and Si and is expressed as Al2Fe3Si3, while being represented by general formula Al12+p-qFe38.5+3qSi49.5-p-2q (wherein p satisfies 0 ≤ p ≤ 16.5, and q satisfies -0.34 ≤ q ≤ 0.34).
(FR) La présente invention concerne : un matériau thermoélectrique qui est principalement composé d'un composé intermétallique de système Al-Fe-Si et présente des effets thermoélectriques sur la plage de température allant de la température ambiante à 600 °C, et qui peut être de type P ou de type N au moyen d'une commande de composition ; un procédé de production de ce matériau thermoélectrique ; et un module de génération d'énergie thermoélectrique. Un matériau thermoélectrique selon la présente invention comprend, en tant que phase principale, une phase qui contient au moins de l'Al, du Fe et du Si et qui est exprimée sous la forme Al2Fe3Si3, tout en étant représenté par la formule générale Al12+p - qFe38,5+3qSi49,5-p-2q (dans laquelle p satisfait à 0 ≤ p ≤ 16,5, et q satisfait à -0,34 ≤ q ≤ 0,34).
