Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a high-Mn steel that has superior cryogenic toughness and that allows a reduction in material cost and manufacturing cost. This high-Mn steel has a component composition containing, in mass%, 0.100-0.700% of C, 0.05-1.00% of Si, 20.0-35.0% of Mn, 0.030% or less of P, 0.0070% or less of S, 0.01-0.07% of Al, 0.5-7.0% of Cr, 0.0050-0.0500% of N, 0.0050% or less of O, 0.0050% or less of Ti, and 0.0050% or less of Nb, the remaining portion being Fe and incidental impurities, and has a microstructure including austenite as a matric phase, wherein the Mn segregation portion of the microstructure has a Mn concentration of 16-38%, and the average KAM value is 0.3 or more.
(FR) L'invention concerne un acier riche en Mn qui présente une ténacité cryogénique supérieure et qui permet une réduction du coût du matériau et du coût de fabrication. Ledit acier riche en Mn a une composition de composants contenant, en % en masse, de 0,100 à 0,700 % de C, de 0,05 à 1,00 % de Si, de 20,0 à 35,0 % de Mn, 0,030 % ou moins de P, 0,0070 % ou moins de S, de 0,01 à 0,07 % d'Al, de 0,5 à 7,0 % de Cr, de 0,0050 à 0,0500 % de N, 0,0050 % ou moins d'O, 0,0050 % ou moins de Ti, et 0,0050 % ou moins de Nb, la partie restante étant du Fe et des impuretés inévitables, et a une microstructure comprenant de l'austénite en tant que phase matricielle, la partie de ségrégation de Mn de la microstructure ayant une concentration en Mn de 16 à 38 %, et la valeur KAM moyenne étant supérieure ou égale à 0,3.
