Abstract:
(EN) A movement control unit 30 controls a feeding mechanism 7 which moves a vibrating device 10 relative to a workpiece. A vibration control unit 21 controls vibration of piezoelectric elements 12l, 12b of the vibrating device 10. The vibration control unit 21 acquires a status value indicating a vibration control status, and detects contact between a cutting tool 11 and the workpiece, for example, on the basis of a variation in the status value. The vibration control unit 21 acquires, as the status value, at least one of consumed energy required for the vibration, and a resonant frequency. The vibration control unit 21 determines the relative positional relationship between the cutting tool 11 and the center of rotation of the workpiece on the basis of coordinate values of at least two positions of contact.
(FR) L'invention porte sur une unité de commande de mouvement 30 qui commande un mécanisme d'alimentation 7 qui déplace un dispositif vibrant 10 par rapport à une pièce à travailler. Une unité de commande de vibration 21 commande la vibration d'éléments piézoélectriques 12l, 12b du dispositif vibrant 10. L'unité de commande de vibration 21 acquiert une valeur d'état indiquant un état de commande de vibration, et détecte un contact entre un outil de coupe 11 et la pièce à travailler, par exemple, sur la base d'une variation de la valeur d'état. L'unité de commande de vibration 21 acquiert, en tant que valeur d'état, au moins l'une des énergies consommées requises pour la vibration, et une fréquence de résonance.
