Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a gas detection system with which it is possible to distinguish water vapor produced due to rain or snow from a gas to be monitored. The gas detection system 100 comprises an infrared camera 21, a computation processing unit 82 that is a determination unit for determining whether an image captured by the infrared camera 21 is an image of a gas, and a precipitation detection unit 71 that detects a precipitation state in a location where gas is to be sensed and in surrounding locations. In cases in which a gas-form subject is photographed in at least one or more partial regions in an image captured by the infrared camera 21 when the precipitation state is detected by the precipitation detection unit 71, the computation processing unit 82, functioning as a determination unit, determines that the gas-form subject is not a gas.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de détection de gaz avec lequel il est possible de faire la distinction entre la vapeur d'eau produite par de la pluie ou de la neige et un gaz à surveiller. Le système de détection (100) de gaz comprend une caméra infrarouge (21), une unité de traitement de calcul (82) qui est une unité de détermination pour déterminer si une image capturée par la caméra infrarouge (21) est une image d'un gaz et une unité de détection de précipitations (71) qui détecte un état de précipitations dans un emplacement où le gaz doit être détecté et dans des emplacements environnants.
