Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to extract and provide a β-glucosidase gene having the effect of efficiently promoting saccharification in hydrolysis of cellulose-containing biomass from a hardly culturable symbiotic protozoan community in Coptotermes formosanus, and the present invention specifically relates to a β-glucosidase derived from protozoans of genus Pseudotrichonympha, comprising the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1.
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est d'extraire et de fournir un gène de β-glucosidase ayant pour effet de favoriser de manière efficace la saccharification lors de l'hydrolyse de biomasses contenant de la cellulose à partir d'une communauté à peine cultivable d'un protozoaire symbiotique de Coptotermes mameus, et la présente invention concerne spécifiquement une β-glucosidase dérivée de protozoaires du genre Pseudotrichonympha, comprenant la séquence d'acides aminés représentée par SEQ ID NO : 1.
(JA) 本発明は、セルロース含有バイオマスの加水分解において、効率的に糖化を進める効果のあるβ-グルコシダーゼ遺伝子を、難培養性のイエシロアリ共生原生生物群から取り出し、提供することを目的とし、具体的には、配列番号1に記載のアミノ酸配列からなるPseudotrichonympha属原生生物由来β-グルコシダーゼに関する。
