Abstract:
(EN) A mold release sheet which is obtained by arranging a resin layer on a substrate, and which is characterized in that: the resin layer contains one or more polymers, each of which contains an olefin component and an unsaturated carboxylic acid component as copolymerization components; the olefin component contains an α-olefin component and an ethylene component; the mass ratio of the α-olefin component to the ethylene component in the resin layer, namely (α-olefin component)/(ethylene component) is from 10/90 to 60/40; the coefficient of kinetic friction between the resin layer surface and the substrate surface is 0.50 or less in cases where the surfaces are superposed on each other; and a sample which is obtained by bonding an acrylic adhesive layer of a resin tape to the resin layer surface of this mold release sheet has a peel strength between the adhesive layer and the resin layer of 0.5 N/cm or less as measured at 25°C, at a peeling angle of 180° and at a peeling rate of 300 mm/minute.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une feuille de démoulage qui est obtenue par agencement d'une couche de résine sur un substrat, et qui est caractérisée en ce que: la couche de résine contient un ou plusieurs polymères, dont chacun contient un composant d'oléfine et un composant d'acide carboxylique insaturé en tant que composants de copolymérisation; le composant oléfine contient un composant α-oléfine et un composant éthylène; le rapport en masse du composant α-oléfine au composant éthylène dans la couche de résine, notamment (composant α-oléfine)/(composant éthylène) est de 10/90 à 60/40; le coefficient de frottement cinétique entre la surface de la couche de résine et la surface du substrat est inférieur ou égal à 0,50 dans les cas où les surfaces sont superposées les unes sur les autres; et un échantillon qui est obtenu par liaison d'une couche adhésive acrylique d'une bande de résine à la surface de couche de résine de cette feuille de démoulage a une résistance au pelage entre la couche adhésive et la couche de résine de 0,5 N/cm ou moins telle que mesurée à 25 °C, à un angle de pelage de 180° et à une vitesse de pelage de 300 mm/minute.
(JA) 基材上に樹脂層を設けてなる離型シートであって、樹脂層が、オレフィン成分と不飽和カルボン酸成分とを共重合成分として含有する1種以上の重合体を含有し、オレフィン成分が、α-オレフィン成分とエチレン成分とを含有し、α-オレフィン成分とエチレン成分との質量比(α-オレフィン成分/エチレン成分)が、樹脂層において、10/90~60/40であり、樹脂層面と基材面とを重ね合わせた際の動摩擦係数が0.50以下であり、アクリル系粘着剤層を有する樹脂テープの前記粘着剤層を離型シートの樹脂層表面に貼り付けることで得られた試料を、25℃にて、剥離角度180度、剥離速度300mm/分の条件で測定したときの粘着剤層と樹脂層との剥離強度が0.5N/cm以下であることを特徴とする離型シート。
