Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a method for identifying an exosome surface molecule, characterized by comprising: blocking and cleaning, with a casein solution or a casein digest solution, a carrier in which a molecule bindable to an exosome surface molecule is formed into a solid phase; and mixing the casein solution or the casein digest solution with an exosome-containing test sample prior to bringing said carrier into contact with the test sample.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'identification d'une molécule de surface d'exosome, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : le blocage et le nettoyage, à l'aide d'une solution de caséine ou d'une solution de digestat de caséine, d'un support sur lequel une molécule pouvant se lier à une molécule de surface d'exosome est convertie en phase solide ; et le mélange de la solution de caséine ou de la solution de digestat de caséine avec un échantillon d'essai contenant des exosomes avant mise en contact dudit support avec l'échantillon d'essai.
