Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a power conversion device (1) provided with: a switching module (300) provided with a power semiconductor element as a switching element; a gate driver (320) which outputs to a control terminal of the switching module a drive signal for driving the switching element; and a wiring body (108) which connects the control terminal and an output terminal of the gate drive circuit using a plurality of conductors opposing each other in a planar manner with an interval therebetween.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de conversion de courant (1) comprenant : un module de commutation (300) pourvu d'un élément à semi-conducteur de courant en tant qu'élément de commutation ; un pilote de grille (320) qui émet vers une borne de commande du module de commutation un signal d'entraînement de façon à entraîner l'élément de commutation ; et un corps de câblage (108) qui connecte la borne de commande et une borne de sortie du circuit d'attaque de grille au moyen d'une pluralité de conducteurs opposés les uns aux autres de manière plane avec un intervalle entre eux.
