Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition of superior alkaline solution resistance and hydrolysis resistance, and superior fluidity, as well as a molded article and composite using the same. [Solution] A polybutylene terephthalate resin composition containing: (A) 100 parts by mass polybutylene terephthalate resin; (B) a quantity of epoxy resin yielding 0.5–1.5 epoxide groups per 1 terminal carboxyl group of the polybutylene terephthalate resin (A); (C) 0.5–5 parts by mass of a silicone compound; and (D) 0.05–0.5 parts by mass of a phosphorus compound.
(FR) La présente invention aborde le problème de la réalisation d'une composition de résine de poly(téréphtalate de butylène) qui présente une résistance aux solutions alcalines et une résistance à l'hydrolyse supérieures, et une fluidité supérieure, ainsi qu'un article moulé et un composite l'utilisant. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une composition de résine de poly(téréphtalate de butylène) contenant : (A) 100 parts massiques de résine de poly(téréphtalate de butylène) ; (B) une quantité de résine époxy produisant 0,5 à 1,5 groupes époxyde pour 1 groupe carboxyle terminal de la résine de poly(téréphtalate de butylène) (A) ; (C) 0,5 à 5 parts massiques d'un composé de silicone ; et (D) 0,05 à 0,5 parts massiques d'un composé de phosphore.
(JA) 【課題】耐アルカリ溶液性及び耐加水分解性に優れ、かつ流動性に優れたポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物、並びにそれを用いた成形品及び複合体を提供すること。 【解決手段】(A)ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂100質量部、(B)ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂(A)の末端カルボキシル基量を1とした場合のエポキシ基量が0.5~1.5となる量のエポキシ樹脂、(C)シリコーン系化合物0.5~5質量部、及び(D)リン系化合物0.05~0.5質量部を含有する、ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物とする。
