Abstract:
(EN) This railway vehicle damper (PD) comprises: an extendable body (1) provided with a cylinder (2), a rod (4) that is inserted into the cylinder (2), and a piston (3) that is slidably inserted into the cylinder (2) and coupled to the rod (4), and compartmentalizes the inside of the cylinder (2) into a rod side chamber (5) and a piston side chamber (6); and a damping section (V) that exerts a damping force when the extendable body (1) is extending or contracting. When the extension/contraction speed is at or above a first speed (v1), a damping force at or above the damping force required to prevent the detachment of a wheel of the railway vehicle is exerted, and when the extension/contraction speed is less than a second speed (v2) that is lower than the first speed (v1), a damping force of 10 kN or less is exerted.
(FR) L'invention concerne un amortisseur de véhicule ferroviaire (PD) comprenant : un corps extensible (1) pourvu d'un cylindre (2), une tige (4) qui est insérée dans le cylindre (2), et un piston (3) qui est inséré de manière coulissante dans le cylindre (2) et couplé à la tige (4), et qui compartimente l'intérieur du cylindre (2) en une chambre côté tige (5) et une chambre côté piston (6) ; et une section d'amortissement (V) qui exerce une force d'amortissement lorsque le corps extensible (1) s'étend ou se contracte. Lorsque la vitesse d'extension/de contraction est égale ou supérieure à une première vitesse (v1), une force d'amortissement au niveau ou au-dessus de la force d'amortissement requise pour empêcher le détachement d'une roue du véhicule ferroviaire est exercée, et lorsque la vitesse d'extension/de contraction est inférieure à une seconde vitesse (v2) qui est inférieure à la première vitesse (v1), une force d'amortissement de 10 kN ou moins est exercée.
(JA) 本発明の鉄道車両用ダンパ(PD)は、シリンダ(2)とシリンダ(2)内に挿入されるロッド(4)とシリンダ(2)内に摺動自在に挿入されるとともにロッド(4)に連結されてシリンダ(2)内をロッド側室(5)とピストン側室(6)とに区画するピストン(3)とを備えた伸縮体(1)と、伸縮体(1)が伸縮する際に減衰力を発揮させる減衰部(V)とを備え、伸縮速度が第一速度(v1)以上となると鉄道車両の脱輪の防止に要求される減衰力以上の減衰力を発揮し、伸縮速度が第一速度(v1)よりも低い第二速度(v2)未満では10kN以下の減衰力を発揮する。
