Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for producing a glass fine particle deposit, the method comprising disposing at least one burner at a position facing a rod that rotates around an axis, and spraying glass fine particles generated in the flame from the burner to the rod while relatively reciprocating the rod and the burner in the axis direction of the rod, to deposit glass fine particles, wherein the relation of 0.1W ≤ V/R ≤ 1.0W is satisfied, where W (mm) represents the luminance width of the flame of the glass raw material, R (rotations/min) represents the rotational speed of the rod, and V (mm/min) represents the speed of the reciprocation.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un dépôt de particules fines de verre, le procédé consistant à disposer au moins un brûleur à un emplacement faisant face à une tige qui tourne autour d'un axe, et à pulvériser des particules fines de verre produites dans la flamme du brûleur sur la tige tout en animant la tige et le brûleur d'un mouvement de va-et-vient relatif dans la direction de l'axe de la tige, pour déposer des particules fines de verre, la relation 0,1 W ≤ V/R ≤ 1,0 W étant satisfaite, dans laquelle W (mm) représente la largeur de luminance de la flamme du verre matière première, R (rotations/min) représente la vitesse de rotation de la tige, et V (mm/min) représente la vitesse du mouvement de va-et-vient.
(JA) 軸回りに回転するロッドの対向位置に少なくとも一本のバーナを配置し、前記ロッドと前記バーナとを前記ロッドの軸方向へ相対的に往復移動させつつ前記バーナの火炎中で生成されるガラス微粒子を前記ロッドに吹き付けてガラス微粒子を堆積させるガラス微粒子堆積体の製造方法であって、ガラス原料火炎の輝度幅W(mm)、前記ロッドの回転の速度R(回/分)、前記往復移動の速度V(mm/分)を、0.1W≦V/R≦1.0Wの関係式を満たすものとする。
