(JA) 自動変速機のセレクトソレノイド弁異常診断装置および異常診断方法
Abstract:
(EN) A selection solenoid valve (75) performs control to engage/disengage a travel clutch (31, 32) in conjunction with a selection operation of a selector lever (90) which selects a range position of a belt-type continuously variable transmission (CVT). If the time required to determine engagement of the travel clutch (31, 32) from the start of selection to a travel range is less than a predetermined time, a selection solenoid valve abnormality diagnosing unit (8a) determines that the selection solenoid valve (75) has a maximum hydraulic pressure side abnormality. During a selection operation transitioning as follows, travel range → non-travel range → travel range, if a selection operation speed condition that the non-travel range selection time is shorter than a set time (Tth) is satisfied, execution of the selection solenoid valve (75) abnormality diagnosis is not permitted. Erroneous determinations are thus prevented.
(FR) L'invention concerne une électrovanne de sélection (75) qui effectue une commande pour mettre en prise/hors de prise un embrayage de déplacement (31, 32) conjointement avec une opération de sélection d'un levier de sélection (90) qui sélectionne une position de plage d'une transmission à variation continue (CVT) de type à courroie. Si le temps nécessaire pour déterminer la mise en prise de l'embrayage de déplacement (31, 32) du début de la sélection à une plage de déplacement est inférieur à un temps prédéfini, une unité de diagnostic d'anomalie d'électrovanne de sélection (8a) détermine que l'électrovanne de sélection (75) a une anomalie côté pression hydraulique maximale. Pendant une opération de sélection effectuant une transition comme suit, plage de déplacement → plage de non-déplacement → plage de déplacement, si une condition de vitesse d'opération de sélection selon laquelle le temps de sélection de plage de non-déplacement est plus court qu'un temps défini (Tth) est satisfaite, l'exécution du diagnostic d'anomalie d'électrovanne de sélection (75) n'est pas autorisée. Des déterminations erronées sont ainsi évitées.
(JA) セレクトソレノイド弁(75)は、ベルト式無段変速機(CVT)のレンジ位置を選択するセレクトレバー(90)のセレクト操作に連動して走行クラッチ(31,32)の締結/解放制御を行う。セレクトソレノイド弁異常診断部(8a)は、走行レンジへのセレクト開始から走行クラッチ(31,32)が締結と判断されるまでの所要時間が所定時間未満であると、セレクトソレノイド弁(75)が最大油圧側異常であると判定する。走行レンジ→非走行レンジ→走行レンジへと移行するセレクト操作時、非走行レンジの選択時間が設定時間(Tth)より短いというセレクト操作速度条件が成立すると、セレクトソレノイド弁(75)の異常診断の実行を許可しない。これにより、誤判定が防止される。
