A turbocharger that comprises: a cast turbine housing; an annular metal plate that forms a connecting flow passage inside the turbine housing; and a sheet-metal scroll flow passage formation plate. The connecting flow passage connects a turbine chamber and a turbine scroll flow passage that are formed inside the turbine housing. The scroll flow passage formation plate has: a flow passage formation part that forms the turbine scroll flow passage; and an inner peripheral edge that extends along the metal plate from an inner-peripheral-side edge part of the flow passage formation part. The scroll flow passage formation plate is arranged inside the turbine housing such that the inner peripheral edge is fixed between the turbine housing and the metal plate and such that an outer-peripheral-side edge part of the flow passage formation part can move relative to the turbine housing.

L'invention concerne un turbocompresseur comprenant : un carter de turbine coulé ; une plaque métallique annulaire qui forme un passage d'écoulement de liaison à l'intérieur du carter de turbine ; et une plaque de formation de passage d'écoulement à volute en tôle. Le passage d'écoulement de liaison relie une chambre de turbine et un passage d'écoulement à volute de turbine qui sont formés à l'intérieur du carter de turbine. La plaque de formation de passage d'écoulement à volute comprend : une partie de formation de passage d'écoulement qui forme le passage d'écoulement à volute de turbine ; et un bord périphérique interne qui s'étend le long de la plaque métallique à partir d'une partie de bord côté périphérie interne de la partie de formation de passage d'écoulement. La plaque de formation de passage d'écoulement à volute est disposée à l'intérieur du carter de turbine de telle sorte que le bord périphérique interne est fixé entre le carter de turbine et la plaque métallique et de telle sorte qu'une partie de bord côté périphérie externe de la partie de formation de passage d'écoulement peut se déplacer par rapport au carter de turbine.

ターボチャージャは、鋳造製のタービンハウジングと、タービンハウジング内で連通流路を形成する環状の金属プレートと、板金製のスクロール流路形成プレートと、を備える。連通流路は、タービンハウジング内に形成されるタービン室とタービンスクロール流路とを連通させる。スクロール流路形成プレートは、タービンスクロール流路を形成する流路形成部と、流路形成部の内周側縁部から金属プレートに沿って延びる内周縁と、を有する。スクロール流路形成プレートは、内周縁がタービンハウジングと金属プレートとの間に固定され、流路形成部の外周側縁部がタービンハウジングに対して相対移動可能となるように、タービンハウジング内に配置される。
