Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a low thermal expansion alloy wherein martensitic transformation does not occur even at -120°C. This low thermal expansion alloy contains, in mass%, 1.50-5.00% of Co, while containing Ni in such an amount that if [Ni] (mass%) is the content of Ni and [Co] (mass%) is the content of Co, [Co] ≥ -4 × [Ni] + 136 and [Co] ≤ -4 × [Ni] + 139 are satisfied, with the balance being made up of Fe and unavoidable impurities. This low thermal expansion alloy has an average thermal expansion coefficient of 0.5 × 10-6/°C or less for the range of 0-30°C, while having a martensitic transformation temperature of -120°C or less.
(FR) L'invention concerne un alliage à faible dilatation thermique qui ne présente pas de transformation martensitique même à -120 °C. Cet alliage à faible dilatation thermique contient, en % en masse, de 1,50 à 5,00 % de Co, tout en contenant du Ni en une quantité propre à satisfaire [Co] ≥ -4 × [Ni] + 136 et [Co] ≤ -4 × [Ni] + 139, [Ni] (% en masse) étant la teneur en Ni et [Co] (% en masse) étant la teneur en Co, le complément étant constitué de Fe et d'impuretés inévitables. Cet alliage à faible dilatation thermique a un coefficient de dilatation thermique moyen inférieur ou égal à 0,5 × 10-6/°C pour la plage allant de 0 à 30 °C, tout en présentant une température de transformation martensitique inférieure ou égale à -120 °C.
(JA) -120℃でもマルテンサイト変態が生じない低熱膨張合金を提供する。上記低熱膨張合金は、質量%で、Co:1.50~5.00%を含有し、かつ、Niの含有量を[Ni](質量%)、Coの含有量を[Co](質量%)としたとき、[Co]≧-4×[Ni]+136、及び[Co]≦-4×[Ni]+139を満たすNiを含有し、残部がFe及び不可避的不純物であり、0~30℃における平均熱膨張係数が0.5×10-6/℃以下であり、マルテンサイト変態温度が-120℃以下である。
