Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the invention is to solve the problem of decreased strength/rigidity in the weld line of an injection molded body, and enable free design, such as the injection molding of thin-walled products or products having complicated shapes. Provided is an integrated molded body in which a reinforcing substrate having a discontinuous fiber and a resin is integrated with an injection molded body having a discontinuous fiber and a resin, wherein the reinforcing substrate is integrated with the injection molded body so as to cover a portion or all of the weld line of the injection molded body, and the ratio of the thickness Ta of the reinforcing substrate to the thickness T of a weld line portion of the integrated molded body satisfies the following relation: Ta/T≤((Ebw-√(Ea·Ebw))/(Ebw-Ea)) when Ea≠Ebw, and Ta/T≤0.5 when Ea=Ebw, where Ta is the thickness of the reinforcing substrate, T is the thickness of the weld line of the integrated molded body, Ea is the flexural modulus (width direction of the weld line) of the reinforcing substrate, and Ebw is the flexural modulus (width direction of the weld line) of the weld line portion of the injected molded body.
(FR) L'objectif de l'invention est de résoudre le problème de résistance/rigidité réduite dans la ligne de soudure d'un corps moulé par injection, et permet une conception libre, telle que le moulage par injection de produits à paroi mince ou de produits ayant des formes compliquées. L'invention concerne un corps moulé intégré dans lequel un substrat de renforcement ayant une fibre discontinue et une résine est intégré avec un corps moulé par injection ayant une fibre discontinue et une résine, le substrat de renforcement étant intégré au corps moulé par injection de manière à recouvrir une partie ou la totalité de la ligne de soudure du corps moulé par injection, et le rapport de l'épaisseur Ta du substrat de renforcement à l'épaisseur T d'une partie de ligne de soudure du corps moulé intégré satisfait la relation suivante : Ta/T≤((Ebw-√(Ea·Ebw))/(Ebw-Ea)) lorsque Ea ≠ Ebw, et Ta/T ≤ 0,5 lorsque Ea = Ebw, Ta étant l'épaisseur du substrat de renforcement, T étant l'épaisseur de la ligne de soudure du corps moulé intégré, Ea étant le module de flexion (direction de la largeur de la ligne de soudure) du substrat de renforcement, et Ebw étant le module de flexion (direction de la largeur de la ligne de soudure) de la partie de ligne de soudure du corps moulé injecté.
(JA) 射出成形体の課題であるウェルドラインでの強度・剛性低下を解決し、射出成形体の薄肉成形あるいは複雑形状成形など自由な設計を可能とすることを目的とする。不連続繊維と樹脂とを有する補強基材と、不連続繊維と樹脂とを有する射出成形体とが一体化した一体化成形体であり、補強基材は射出成形体のウェルドラインの一部又は全部を覆って射出成形体と一体化しており、補強基材の厚みTaと一体化成形体のウェルドライン部の厚みTとの比が以下の関係式を満たしている一体化成形体。 Ea≠Ebwの場合、Ta/T≦((Ebw-√(Ea・Ebw))/(Ebw-Ea)) Ea=Ebwの場合、Ta/T≦0.5 Ta:補強基材の厚み、T :一体化成形体のウェルドライン部の厚み、Ea:補強基材の曲げ弾性率(ウェルドラインの幅方向)、Ebw:射出成形体のウェルドラインの曲げ弾性率(ウェルドラインの幅方向)
