Abstract:
(EN) This inkjet image formation method has: a precoat liquid application step in which a precoat liquid is applied to a film substrate, the precoat liquid including a curing agent, a resin having a function group that reacts with the curing agent, and water; a precoat liquid drying step in which the precoat liquid applied to the film substrate is dried to form a precoat layer; an ink application step in which an ink is applied to the precoat layer by an inkjet method, the ink containing at least a coloring material, an organic solvent, and water; and an ink drying step in which the ink applied to the precoat layer is dried to form an image. The drying temperature T1, which is the highest temperature during the precoat liquid drying step, and the drying temperature T2, which is the highest temperature during the ink drying step, satisfy the condition T2 > T1.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de formation d'image à jet d'encre qui comprend les étapes suivantes : l'application de liquide de pré-revêtement sur un substrat de film, le liquide de pré-revêtement comprenant un agent de durcissement, une résine ayant un groupe fonctionnel qui réagit avec l'agent de durcissement, et de l'eau ; le séchage du liquide de pré-revêtement appliqué sur le substrat de film afin de former une couche de pré-revêtement ; l'application d'encre à la couche de pré-revêtement par un procédé à jet d'encre, l'encre contenant au moins un matériau colorant, un solvant organique et de l'eau ; le séchage de l'encre appliquée à la couche de pré-revêtement afin de former une image. La température de séchage T1, qui est la température la plus élevée pendant l'étape de séchage de liquide de pré-revêtement, et la température de séchage T2, qui est la température la plus élevée pendant l'étape de séchage de l'encre, satisfont la condition T2 > T1.
