Abstract:
(EN) Methods for producing a wet gel and a xerogel are provided in which unevenness in gel thickness is little even without highly regulating the horizontality of the mold and the gels are less apt to crack or break during gelation or demolding. The method for producing a wet gel comprises causing a second liquid layer 14, which comprises a second liquid containing a raw material for gel formation, to gel in the state of overlying a first liquid layer 12, which comprises a first liquid. The method for producing a xerogel comprises drying a wet gel produced thereby or a solvent-displacement gel obtained by subjecting the wet gel to solvent displacement.
(FR) L'invention concerne des procédés de production d'un gel humide et d'un xérogel dans lesquels une irrégularité d'épaisseur de gel est faible même sans réguler fortement l'horizontalité du moule et les gels sont moins susceptibles de craquer ou de se casser pendant la gélification ou le démoulage. Le procédé de production d'un gel humide consiste à amener une seconde couche de liquide 14, qui comprend un second liquide contenant une matière première pour la formation de gel, à gélifier dans l'état de recouvrement d'une première couche de liquide 12 qui comprend un premier liquide. Le procédé de production d'un xérogel comprend le séchage d'un gel humide ainsi produit ou d'un gel à déplacement de solvant obtenu en soumettant le gel humide à un déplacement de solvant.
(JA) 型の水平度を高度に制御しなくてもゲルの厚さのばらつきが少なく、また、ゲル化の際及び型から取り出す際にゲルが割れにくい湿潤ゲル及びキセロゲルの製造方法の提供。 第1の液状物からなる第1の液層12の上に、ゲル原料を含む第2の液状物からなる第2の液層14を存在させた状態で、第2の液層14をゲル化させる湿潤ゲルの製造方法、及び製造される湿潤ゲル又は該湿潤ゲルを溶媒置換して得られる溶媒置換ゲルを乾燥させるキセロゲルの製造方法。
