Abstract:
(EN) A rolling component (10) pertaining to one embodiment of the present invention is a steel rolling component provided on a surface (10a, 10b, 10c, 10d) with a quench hardened layer (11). The hydrogen diffusion coefficient in the quench hardened layer (11) is less than 2.6×10-11m2/s. According to the rolling component pertaining to the embodiment, the occurrence of hydrogen embrittlement associated with penetration of hydrogen from the surface can be suppressed.
(FR) Un composant de roulement (10) selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention est un composant de roulement en acier disposé sur une surface (10a, 10b, 10c, 10d) avec une couche durcie par trempe (11). Le coefficient de diffusion d'hydrogène dans la couche durcie par trempe (11) est inférieur à 2,6×10-11m2/s. Selon le composant de roulement relatif au mode de réalisation, l'apparition d'une fragilisation par l'hydrogène associée à la pénétration de l'hydrogène à partir de la surface peut être supprimée.
(JA) 一実施形態に係る転動部品(10)は、表面(10a,10b,10c,10d)に焼入硬化層(11)を備える鋼製の転動部品である。焼入硬化層(11)中における水素拡散係数は、2.6×10-11/sより小さい。一実施形態に係る転動部品によると、表面から水素が浸入することに伴う水素脆性の発生を抑制することができる。
