Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a compact hygroscopic sensor which operates on the principle of highly sensitive detection of galvanic current. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a hygroscopic sensor in which a thin wire made of a first metal and a thin wire made of a second metal different from the first metal are juxtaposed on an insulating substrate, wherein the surface between the first metal thin wire and the second metal thin wire is configured to be hydrophilic or hydrophobic.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un capteur hygroscopique compact qui fonctionne selon le principe de détection très sensible d’un courant galvanique. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, l’invention concerne un capteur hygroscopique dans lequel un fil mince constitué d’un premier métal et un fil mince constitué d’un deuxième métal différent du premier métal sont juxtaposés sur un substrat isolant, la surface entre le premier fil mince métallique et le deuxième fil mince métallique étant configurée de façon être hydrophile ou hydrophobe.
(JA) 本発明は、感度の高いガルバニ電流の検出を動作原理とする小型の乾湿応答センサーを提供する。本発明の一実施形態では、第1の金属からなる細線と、第1の金属とは異なる第2の金属からなる細線とを絶縁性基板上に並置した乾湿応答センサーとし、かつ第1の金属の細線と第2の金属の細線との間の表面の状態を親水性または疎水性とする。
