Abstract:
(EN) A UFB-containing liquid manufacturing apparatus (1) includes a liquid ejecting unit (10) having a thermal energy generating element (208), a flow path (14) for leading liquid to the thermal energy generating element, a driving unit configured to drive the thermal energy generating element, and an ejection opening (11). The UFB-containing liquid manufacturing apparatus also includes a collecting unit (30) configured to collect liquid ejected from the ejection opening. At this time, the driving unit drives the thermal energy generating element to cause film boiling in liquid led to the flow path and causes liquid containing ultrafine bubbles generated by the film boiling to be ejected from the ejection opening.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil (1) de fabrication de liquide contenant des bulles ultrafines comprenant un élément d'éjection de liquide (10) présentant un élément de génération d'énergie thermique (208), un trajet d'écoulement (14) pour conduire le liquide vers l'élément de génération d'énergie thermique, une unité d'entraînement, conçue pour entraîner l'élément de génération d'énergie thermique, et un orifice d'éjection (11). L'appareil de fabrication de liquide contenant des bulles ultrafines comprend également une unité de collecte (30) conçue pour collecter le liquide éjecté depuis l'orifice d'éjection. A ce moment, l'unité d'entraînement entraîne l'élément de génération d'énergie thermique pour provoquer l'ébullition du film dans le liquide guidé vers le trajet d'écoulement et provoque l'éjection du liquide contenant des bulles ultrafines générées par l'ébullition de film depuis l'orifice d'éjection.
