Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a solenoid valve identification device that individually identifies each solenoid valve while suppressing increases in manufacturing costs. A solenoid valve identification device that is mounted to an industrial machine, including construction machinery and industrial vehicles to perform work by operating hydraulic actuators, wherein the solenoid valve identification device comprises: an inductance measurement circuit that causes an alternating current to flow to an electromagnetic valve solenoid in a hydraulic machine to cause pressurized oil to flow to the hydraulic actuators for actuation; an arithmetic logical unit that calculates the solenoid inductance on the basis of the alternating current flowing to the solenoid by way of the inductance measurement circuit; and a storage unit that stores the calculated solenoid inductance as individual identification information for the solenoid valve.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d’identification d’électrovanne qui identifie individuellement chaque électrovanne tout en supprimant les augmentations des coûts de fabrication. L’invention concerne un dispositif d’identification de vanne électromagnétique qui est monté sur une machine industrielle, comprenant une machine de construction et des véhicules industriels pour effectuer un travail par actionnement d’actionneurs hydrauliques, le dispositif d’identification de vanne électromagnétique comprenant : un circuit de mesure d’inductance qui amène un courant alternatif à circuler vers un solénoïde d’électrovanne dans une machine hydraulique pour amener de l’huile sous pression à s’écouler vers les actionneurs hydrauliques pour actionnement ; une unité logique arithmétique qui calcule l’inductance de solénoïde sur la base du courant alternatif circulant vers le solénoïde au moyen du circuit de mesure d’inductance ; et une unité de stockage qui stocke l’inductance de solénoïde calculée en tant qu’informations d’identification individuelles pour l’électrovanne.
(JA) 製造コストの上昇を抑えつつ電磁弁の個体識別を実現する電磁弁識別装置を提供する。電磁弁識別装置は、油圧アクチュエータを動かして作業を行う建設機械及び産業車両を含む産業機械に搭載される電磁弁識別装置であって、油圧アクチュエータに圧油を流して作動させる油圧機器における電磁弁のソレノイドに交流電流を流すインダクタンス計測回路と、インダクタンス計測回路によってソレノイドに流される交流電流に基づいてソレノイドのインダクタンスを演算する演算部と、演算されるソレノイドのインダクタンスを電磁弁の個体識別情報として記憶する記憶部とを備えるものである。
