Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides methods for detecting cancers simply and with high precision, and a reagent that can be used for the methods. According to the present invention, a cancer (excluding a castration-resistant prostate cancer) is detected by measuring the intact growth differentiation factor (GDF15) propeptide level, the GDF15 propeptide fragment level, or the total of the intact GDF15 propetide level and the GDF15 propetide fragment level in a sample. The abovementioned methods for detecting cancer include methods for detecting gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer or esophageal cancer, or methods for differentiating and detecting non-small cell lung cancer and small cell lung cancer. In addition, antibodies that specifically recognize GDF15 propeptides are included in a reagent for detecting cancers.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des procédés de détection de cancers simplement et avec une précision élevée, et un réactif qui peut être utilisé pour les procédés. Selon la présente invention, un cancer (à l'exclusion d'un cancer de la prostate résistant à la castration) est détecté en mesurant le niveau de propeptide du facteur de croissance et de différenciation (GDF15) intact, le niveau de fragment de propeptide GDF15 ou le total du niveau de propetide GDF15 intact et du niveau de fragment de propetide GDF15 dans un échantillon. Les procédés susmentionnés de détection du cancer comprennent des procédés de détection du cancer gastrique, du cancer du pancréas, du cancer colorectal, du cancer du poumon, du cancer du sein ou du cancer de l'œsophage ou des procédés de différenciation et de détection du cancer du poumon à cellules non petites et du cancer du poumon à petites cellules. (JA) 本発明は、癌を簡便かつ高い精度で検出する方法、及び前記方法に利用できる試薬を提供する。 検体において、インタクト増殖分化因子(GDF15)プロペプチド量、GDF15プロペプチド断片量、又はインタクトGDF15プロペプチド量とGDF15プロペプチド断片量との合計量を測定することにより、癌を検出する(但し、去勢抵抗性前立腺癌を除く)。上記の癌を検出する方法として、胃癌、膵臓癌、大腸癌、肺癌、乳癌、若しくは食道癌を検出する、又は、非小細胞肺癌と小細胞肺がんとを鑑別して検出する方法を含める。さらに、GDF15プロペプチドを特異的に認識する抗体を癌の検出試薬に含める。
