Abstract:
(EN) This acrylic rubber composition is obtained by adding, with respect to 100 parts by weight of an ultracold-resistant acrylic rubber having a glass transition point Tg of -42ºC or less, 5-12.5 parts by weight of silica and 5-15 parts by weight of graphite as fillers. By the use of an ultracold-resistant acrylic rubber, the acrylic rubber composition can be used in an environment having a temperature of -30 to +150ºC, and in addition, by the addition of the specific amounts of silica and graphite as fillers, a bonded piston seal having roll processability and adhesiveness similar to or greater than those of existing seals, and having satisfactory compression set properties, can be formed.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc acrylique qui est obtenue par ajout, par rapport à 100 parties en poids d'un caoutchouc acrylique ultrarésistant au froid ayant un point de transition vitreuse Tg de -42 °C ou moins, de 5 à 12,5 parties en poids de silice et de 5 à 15 parties en poids de graphite en tant que charges. Par l'utilisation d'un caoutchouc acrylique ultrarésistant au froid, la composition de caoutchouc acrylique peut être utilisée dans un environnement ayant une température de -30 à +150 °C et, en outre, par l'ajout des quantités spécifiques de silice et de graphite en tant que charges, un joint de piston lié ayant une aptitude au traitement au roulement et une adhésivité similaires ou supérieures à celles des joints existants, et ayant des propriétés de déformation rémanente à la compression satisfaisantes, peut être formé.
(JA) ガラス転移点Tgが-42℃以下の超耐寒グレードのアクリルゴム100重量部に対し、充填剤としてシリカ5~12.5重量部およびグラファイト5~15重量部が添加されたアクリルゴム組成物。アクリルゴムとして超耐寒グレードのものを用いることにより、-30~+150℃という使用環境温度を満足させるばかりではなく、充填剤としてそれぞれ特定量のシリカおよびグラファイトを添加して用いることにより、現行シールと同等またはそれ以上のロール加工性、接着性を有し、また圧縮永久歪特性を満足させるボンデットピストンシールを形成させることができる。
