Abstract:
(EN) The present technique relates to an image-capturing element and an image-capturing device that can suppress color mixing. The image-capturing element includes a pixel array unit having a plurality of pixels that photoelectrically convert incident light. Each of the pixels includes: a first signal extraction portion having an application electrode, which is connected to a first drive line for applying a voltage and serves for generating an electric field by application of a voltage, and an attraction electrode for detecting a signal carrier generated by photoelectric conversion; and a second signal extraction portion having an application electrode, which is connected to a second drive line for applying a voltage, and an attraction electrode. The distance from the first signal extraction portion of a predetermined pixel to the second signal extraction portion of the predetermined pixel is shorter than the distance from the first signal extraction portion of the predetermined pixel to the second signal extraction portion of another pixel adjacent to the predetermined pixel. The present technique can be applied to an image-capturing device.
(FR) La présente technique concerne un élément de capture d'image et un dispositif de capture d'image qui peuvent supprimer le mélange de couleur. L'élément de capture d'image comprend une unité de réseau de pixels ayant une pluralité de pixels qui convertissent de manière photoélectrique la lumière incidente. Chacun des pixels comprend : une première partie d'extraction de signal ayant une électrode d'application, qui est connectée à une première ligne de transmission permettant d'appliquer une tension et qui sert à générer un champ électrique par application d'une tension, et une électrode d'attraction pour détecter une porteuse de signal générée par conversion photoélectrique; et une seconde partie d'extraction de signal ayant une électrode d'application, qui est connectée à une seconde ligne de transmission permettant d'appliquer une tension, et une électrode d'attraction. La distance de la première partie d'extraction de signal d'un pixel prédéterminé à la seconde partie d'extraction de signal du pixel prédéterminé est plus courte que la distance de la première partie d'extraction de signal du pixel prédéterminé à la seconde partie d'extraction de signal d'un autre pixel adjacent au pixel prédéterminé. La présente technique peut s’appliquer à un dispositif de capture d'image.
