Abstract:
(EN) A crack evaluation-standard establishment method according to at least one embodiment of the present invention is a method for establishing a crack evaluation-standard, the method being characterized by comprising: a step for creep-deforming a test piece until a first point-in-time; a step for performing an internal flaw inspection on the test piece at at least one second point-in-time earlier than the first point-in-time, and acquiring a flaw signal at the at least one second point-in-time; and a step for determining a crack evaluation-standard according to the internal flaw inspection by comparing an estimated size of a crack at the second point-in-time obtained by tracing the course of crack growth from the first point-in-time to the at least one second point-in-time with the flaw signal at the second point-in-time.
(FR) Au moins un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un procédé d'établissement d'une norme d'évaluation de fissure, le procédé comprenant : une étape de déformation par fluage d'une pièce de test jusqu'à un premier instant; une étape de réalisation d'une inspection de défauts internes sur la pièce de test à au moins un deuxième instant antérieur au premier instant, et l'acquisition d'un signal de défaut audit deuxième instant; et une étape de détermination d'une norme d'évaluation de fissure en fonction de l'inspection de défaut interne par la comparaison d'une taille estimée d'une fissure audit deuxième instant obtenue en traçant le déroulement de la croissance de fissure depuis le premier instant jusque audit deuxième instant avec le signal de défaut au deuxième instant.
(JA) 本発明の少なくとも一実施形態に係る亀裂評価基準策定方法は、亀裂の評価基準を策定する方法であって、試験片を第1時点までクリープ変形させるステップと、前記第1時点よりも前の少なくとも一つの第2時点における前記試験片に対して内部探傷検査を実施し、前記少なくとも一つの第2時点における探傷信号を取得するステップと、前記第1時点から前記少なくとも一つの第2時点へと亀裂成長過程を遡ることで得られる前記第2時点における亀裂の推定サイズと、該第2時点における前記探傷信号とを対比することで、前記内部探傷検査による亀裂の評価基準を決定するステップと、を備えることを特徴とする。
