Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a modified lipase having excellent stability and reactivity at high temperatures. Provided is a modified lipase having improved reactivity and/or stability at high temperatures, which comprises an amino acid sequence that has at least one amino acid substitution selected from the group consisting of T130C-S153C, A249P, F259Y, S282P, S283Y and S300P in the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 or an amino acid sequence having a 90% or higher identity to the aforementioned amino acid sequence.
(FR) La présente invention aborde le problème de la fourniture d'une lipase modifiée ayant une excellente stabilité et réactivité à des températures élevées. L'invention concerne une lipase modifiée ayant une réactivité et/ou une stabilité améliorées à des températures élevées, qui comprend une séquence d'acides aminés qui a au moins une substitution d'acide aminé choisie dans le groupe constitué par T130C-S153C, A249P, F259Y, S282P, S283Y et S300P dans la séquence d'acides aminés représentée par SEQ ID NO : 1 ou une séquence d'acides aminés ayant une identité de 90 % ou plus à la séquence d'acides aminés susmentionnée.
