Abstract:
(EN) In the present invention a charge accumulated in one electrode ER is input to a capacitance detection unit 12 simultaneously from a plurality of terminals T provided on the one electrode ER, and a partial charge accumulated between an object and a portion of the one electrode ER overlapping one section A by means of this simultaneous input is distributed as a distributed charge to each of the plurality of terminals T in accordance with the conductance from the overlapping portion to each of the plurality of terminals T. The capacitance detection unit 12 generates detection data S in accordance with the distributed charge for each of N terminals T. An element data configuration unit 22 configures M items of element data P corresponding to M sections A on the basis of N items of detection data S.
