Abstract:
(EN) This hybrid work machine comprises an engine 41, a hydraulic pump 51, a hydraulic actuator, a power-generating electric motor 61 linked to the engine 41, an electric power storage device 62 that exchanges electric power with the power-generating electric motor 61, an engine control unit 42 that controls the engine 41 on the basis of a target engine speed, a motive power control device 63 that controls the actions of the power-generating electric motor 61, a control device 72 that controls the engine control unit 42 and the motive power control device 63, and a target engine speed change command device that issues a command for a change to the target engine speed. When the target engine speed is changed to a low speed while the engine 41 is in a no-load state, the control device 72 controls the engine control unit 42 and the motive power control device 63 and causes the power-generating electric motor 61 to operate as a power generator until the actual speed of the engine 41 decreases to a speed that corresponds to the changed target engine speed. This makes it possible to minimize engine noise when the target engine speed has been changed to a low speed while the engine is in a no-load state.
(FR) L'invention concerne un engin de chantier hybride comprenant un moteur (41), une pompe hydraulique (51), un actionneur hydraulique, un moteur électrique produisant de l'énergie (61) relié au moteur (41), un dispositif de stockage d'énergie électrique (62) qui échange de l'énergie électrique avec le moteur électrique produisant de l'énergie (61); une unité de commande de moteur (42) qui commande le moteur (41) sur la base d'une vitesse de moteur cible, un dispositif de commande de puissance motrice (63) qui commande les actions du moteur électrique produisant de l'énergie (61); un dispositif de commande (72) qui commande l'unité de commande de moteur (42) et le dispositif de commande de puissance motrice (63), et un dispositif d'instruction de changement de vitesse de moteur cible qui émet une instruction de passage à la vitesse de moteur cible. Lorsque la vitesse de moteur cible est modifiée pour passer à une faible vitesse lorsque le moteur (41) est dans un état sans charge, le dispositif de commande (72) commande l'unité de commande de moteur (42) et le dispositif de commande de puissance motrice (63) et amène le moteur électrique produisant de l'énergie (61) à fonctionner comme générateur d'énergie jusqu'à ce que la vitesse réelle du moteur (41) diminue à une vitesse correspondant à la vitesse cible modifiée du moteur. Cela permet de réduire au minimum le bruit du moteur lorsque la vitesse de moteur cible a été passée à une faible vitesse alors que le moteur est dans un état sans charge.
