Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a single component polyester monofilament for a superfine high-mesh filter characterized in that: the total (%) diameter of nodes of 2 µm or greater present in 1 million m in the direction of monofilament fiber length with respect to the fiber diameter is expressed by Equation (1); and the monofilament has a fineness of 3.0 – 13.0 dtex, strength of 5.0 – 6.5 cN/dtex, and strength at 5% elongation of 2.7 – 3.3 cN/dtex. [Equation 1] (1) (xn: node diameter, x': fiber diameter, k: number of nodes included in 1 million m in the direction of fiber length) The present invention cam provide a filter that has excellent monofilament uniformity without node defects and achieves excellent quality for both filterability and permeability.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un monofilament de polyester à composant unique pour un filtre à maille élevée superfin caractérisé en ce que : le diamètre total (%) de nœuds de 2 µm ou plus présents dans 1 million m dans la direction de la longueur de fibre monofilament par rapport au diamètre de fibre est exprimé par l’équation (1) ; et le monofilament présente une finesse de 3,0 à 13,0 dtex, une résistance de 5,0 à 6,5 cN/dtex et une résistance à 5 % d’allongement de 2,7 à 3,3 cN/dtex. [Équation 1] (xn : diamètre de nœud, x’ : diamètre de fibre, k : nombre de nœuds inclus dans 1 million m dans la direction de la longueur de fibre). La présente invention permet d’obtenir un filtre qui a une excellente uniformité de monofilament sans défauts de nœud et permet d’obtenir une excellente qualité à la fois en termes d’aptitude à la filtration et de perméabilité.
