Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a measurement chip, measurement device, and measurement method that make it possible to simply and highly precisely estimate an analyte concentration. [Solution] This measurement chip comprises a propagation layer, introduction part, extraction part, and reaction part. Light propagates through the propagation layer. The introduction part is for introducing the light into the propagation layer. The extraction part is for extracting the light from the propagation layer. The surface of the propagation layer has a reactant which is formed thereon and reacts with an object of detection. On the surface of the propagation layer, the reaction part includes an area spanning a prescribed length in the propagation direction of the light in which the reactant content changes evenly in a perpendicular direction orthogonal to the propagation direction.
(FR) [Problème] Fournir une puce de mesure, un dispositif de mesure et un procédé de mesure qui permettent d’estimer de façon simple et très précise la concentration d’un analyte. [Solution] La présente invention concerne une puce de mesure qui comprend une couche de propagation, une partie d’introduction, une partie d’extraction et une partie de réaction La lumière se propage à travers la couche de propagation. La partie d’introduction est destinée à introduire la lumière dans la couche de propagation. La partie d’extraction est destinée à extraire la lumière provenant de la couche de propagation. La surface de la couche de propagation comporte un réactif qui est formé sur celle-ci et réagit avec un objet de détection. Sur la surface de la couche de propagation, la partie de réaction comprend une zone couvrant une longueur prescrite dans la direction de propagation de la lumière dans laquelle la teneur de réactif change uniformément dans une direction perpendiculaire orthogonale à la direction de propagation.
