Abstract:
(EN) A stator 12 of a brushless motor 11 includes an insulator 24 having coil terminals 26 to which windings 25 are connected. The insulator 24 includes coil wound portions 51 around which the windings 25 are wound, a terminal mount portion 52 to which the coil terminals 26 are mounted, and a guide wall 53 for guiding the windings 25. The guide wall 53 has an opening 56 for passing a winding wire 25s at a winding-start portion of a coil 16. The windings 25 that have conventionally been routed to X, Y portions between adjacent teeth along the guide wall 53 are introduced from the opening 56 to the coil wound portion 51 side. In this way, the number of windings disposed between the teeth and the length of the windings 25 are decreased, thus reducing coil resistance.
(FR) L'invention concerne un stator (12) d'un moteur sans balais (11), comportant un isolateur (24) ayant des bornes de bobine (26) auxquelles sont raccordés des enroulements (25). L'isolateur (24) comprend des parties d'enroulement de bobine (51) autour desquelles les enroulements (25) sont enroulés, une partie de montage de borne (52) sur laquelle les bornes de bobine (26) sont montées, et une paroi de guidage (53) pour guider les enroulements (25). La paroi de guidage (53) comporte une ouverture (56) pour laisser passer un fil d'enroulement (25s) au niveau d'une partie de début d'enroulement d'une bobine (16). Les enroulements (25) qui ont été traditionnellement acheminés vers des parties X, Y entre des dents adjacentes le long de la paroi de guidage (53) sont introduits par l'ouverture (56) jusqu'au côté de la partie enroulée de bobine (51). De cette manière, le nombre d'enroulements disposés entre les dents et la longueur des enroulements (25) sont diminués, ce qui réduit la résistance de la bobine.
(JA) ブラシレスモータ11のステータ12は、巻線25が接続されるコイルターミナル26が設けられたインシュレータ24を有する。インシュレータ24は、巻線25が巻き付けられるコイル巻装部51と、コイルターミナル26が取り付けられる端子取付部52と、巻線25が案内されるガイド壁53を有する。ガイド壁53には、コイル16の巻き始め部分の巻線25sが挿通される開口部56を設ける。従来、ガイド壁53に沿って隣接するティースとの間のX,Y部まで引き回されていた巻線25を開口部56からコイル巻装部51側に導入し、ティース間に配される巻線の数を減少させると共に、巻線25の全長も短くしコイル抵抗を低減させる。
