Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a battery pack that prevents breakage of a thin connection arm due to impact and has excellent impact strength, and a method for manufacturing this battery pack. This battery pack is configured by connecting a plurality of batteries (1) each formed by disposing electrode terminals (1x, 1y) opposite to each other with a lead plate (3), formed by providing fixed pieces (31) to be connected to the electrode terminals (1x, 1y) and a fold-back part (33), therebetween. The lead plate (3) has flat parts (32) at both ends of the fold-back part (33), the flat part (32) and the fixed piece (31) are coupled by a connection arm (34) having a narrower lateral width than the fixed part (31), and a folding part (37) is provided in the fold-back part (33). The folding part (37) is any of a through-hole (37A) provided in the fold-back part (33), a side-edge cutout part (37B) obtained by narrowing the lateral width of the fold-back part (33), and a thinned part (37C) obtained by thinning a portion of the fold-back part (33).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un bloc-batterie qui empêche la rupture d'un bras de connexion mince dû à un impact et qui présente une excellente résistance au choc, et un procédé de fabrication de ce bloc-batterie. Ce bloc-batterie est conçu en connectant une pluralité de batteries (1) formée chacune en disposant des bornes d'électrode (1x, 1y) opposées l'une à l'autre avec une plaque de connexion (3), formée en fournissant des pièces fixes (31) à connecter aux bornes d'électrode (1x, 1y) et une partie de repli (33), entre elles. La plaque de connexion (3) comporte des parties plates (32) aux deux extrémités de la partie de repli (33), de la partie plate (32) et de la pièce fixe (31) sont couplées par un bras de liaison (34) ayant une largeur latérale plus étroite que la partie fixe (31), et une partie de pliage (37) est disposée dans la partie de repli (33). La partie de pliage (37) est n'importe quel élément parmi un trou traversant (37A) disposé dans la partie de repli (33), une partie de découpe de bord latéral (37B) obtenue par rétrécissement de la largeur latérale de la partie de repli (33), et une partie amincie (37C) obtenue par amincissement d'une partie de la partie de repli (33).
