Abstract:
(EN) This aluminum member (10) is provided with: a substrate (12) which is formed from aluminum or an aluminum alloy that contains from 0% by mass to 10% by mass of magnesium, 0.1% by mass or less of iron and 0.1% by mass or less of silicon, with the balance being made up of aluminum and unavoidable impurities; and an anodic oxide coating film (14) which is formed on a surface (12a) of the substrate (12). The anodic oxide coating film (14)-side surface (12a) of the substrate (12) after removal of the anodic oxide coating film (14) has an arithmetic mean roughness Sa of from 0.1 μm to 0.5 μm, a maximum height of roughness Sz of from 0.2 μm to 5 μm, and an average length of roughness curve element Rsm of from 0.5 μm to 10 μm.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un élément en aluminium (10) comportant : un substrat (12), formé à partir d'aluminium ou d'un alliage d'aluminium qui contient de 0 % en masse à 10 % en masse de magnésium, 0,1 % en masse ou moins de fer et 0,1 % en masse ou moins de silicium, le reste étant constitué d'aluminium et d'impuretés inévitables ; et un film de revêtement d'oxyde anodique (14), formé sur une surface (12a) du substrat (12). La surface (12a) côté film de revêtement d'oxyde anodique (14) du substrat (12), après élimination du film de revêtement d'oxyde anodique (14), présente une rugosité moyenne arithmétique Sa allant de 0,1 µm à 0,5 µm, une hauteur maximale de rugosité Sz allant de 0,2 µm à 5 µm et une longueur moyenne de l'élément de courbe de rugosité Rsm allant de 0,5 µm à 10 µm.
(JA) アルミニウム部材(10)は、0質量%~10質量%のマグネシウムと、0.1質量%以下の鉄と、0.1質量%以下のケイ素と、を含有し、残部がアルミニウム及び不可避不純物であるアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金により形成された基材(12)と、基材(12)の表面(12a)に形成された陽極酸化皮膜(14)と、を備える。そして、陽極酸化皮膜(14)除去後の陽極酸化皮膜(14)側における基材(12)の表面(12a)の算術平均粗さSaが0.1μm~0.5μmであり、最大高さ粗さSzが0.2μm~5μmであり、粗さ曲線要素の平均長さRsmが0.5μm~10μmである。
