Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a rubber composition having coating affinity comprising mainly component (A), and components (B) and (C) below. Also provided are bellows for rail cars comprising a crosslinked body of the rubber composition having coating affinity. The rubber composition having coating affinity is capable of exhibiting excellent performance as a material for forming rubber products (rubber products such as bellows for rail cars) that require rubber properties including tensile strength and breaking elongation, and durability as well as coating adhesion. (A) An ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM). (B) A non-hydrogenated liquid butadiene rubber having functional group reactable with an isocyanate group and/or a hydroxyl group. (C) An organic peroxide crosslinking agent.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc ayant une affinité de revêtement comprenant principalement le composant (A), et des composants (B) et (C) ci-dessous. L'invention concerne également un soufflet pour wagons comprenant un corps réticulé de la composition de caoutchouc présentant une affinité de revêtement. La composition de caoutchouc présentant une affinité de revêtement peut présenter d'excellentes performances en tant que matériau de formation de produits en caoutchouc (produits en caoutchouc tels que des soufflets pour wagons) qui nécessitent des propriétés de caoutchouc comprenant une résistance à la traction et un allongement à la rupture, et une durabilité ainsi qu'une adhérence de revêtement. (A) Un caoutchouc éthylène-propylène-diène (EPDM). (B) in caoutchouc de butadiène liquide non hydrogéné présentant un groupe fonctionnel pouvant réagir avec un groupe isocyanate et/ou un groupe hydroxyle. (C) Un agent de réticulation à base de peroxyde organique.
(JA) 下記の(A)成分を主成分とし、下記の(B)および(C)成分を含有する塗膜親和性ゴム組成物を提供する。そして、上記塗膜親和性ゴム組成物の架橋体からなる鉄道車両用外幌も提供する。上記塗膜親和性ゴム組成物は、引張強度、破断伸び等のゴム物性や耐久性とともに塗膜密着性が要求されるゴム製品(鉄道車両用外幌等のゴム製品)の形成材料として、優れた性能を発揮することができる。 (A)エチレン-プロピレン-ジエンゴム(EPDM)。 (B)イソシアネート基および水酸基の少なくとも一方と反応可能な官能基を有する非水添型液状ブタジエンゴム。 (C)有機過酸化物架橋剤。
