Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a vital sign detection device (1) comprising a piezoelectric sensor (10) positioned on bedding (40), said piezoelectric sensor (10) comprising: a piezoelectric layer (11) including an elastomer and piezoelectric particles; electrode layers (12a, 12b); and protective layers (13a, 13b) including elastomers. The piezoelectric sensor (10) is flexible, expandable, and contractible and is formed into a rectangular thin plate, the width thereof being between 5-100mm inclusive, the length thereof being 100-1000mm inclusive, the ratio of length to width (length/width) thereof being 2-200 inclusive, and the thickness thereof being 0.05-5mm inclusive. In the piezoelectric sensor (10), the area of a pressure-sensitive part (S) wherein the electrode layers (12a, 12b) overlap in the thickness direction via the piezoelectric layer (11) is 20% or more of the area of the piezoelectric sensor (10). On the basis of an output signal from the piezoelectric sensor (10), the vital sign detection device (1) detects the respiration and/or the heartbeat of a subject (P).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de détection de signes vitaux (1) comprenant un capteur piézoélectrique (10) positionné sur la literie (40), ledit capteur piézoélectrique (10) comprenant : une couche piézoélectrique (11) comprenant un élastomère et des particules piézoélectriques ; des couches d'électrode (12a, 12b) ; et des couches de protection (13a, 13b) comprenant des élastomères. Le capteur piézoélectrique (10) est flexible, extensible et compressible et se présente sous la forme d'une mince plaque rectangulaire dont la largeur est comprise entre 5 et 100 mm (bornes incluses), la longueur entre 100 et 1 000 mm (bornes incluses), le rapport entre la longueur et la largeur (longueur/largeur) étant égal à 2 à 200 (bornes incluses) et l'épaisseur à 0,05 à 5 mm (bornes incluses). Dans le capteur piézoélectrique (10), la surface d'une partie sensible à la pression (S) dans laquelle les couches d'électrode (12a, 12b) se chevauchent dans le sens de l'épaisseur en passant par la couche piézoélectrique (11) représente au moins 20 % de la surface du capteur piézoélectrique (10). Sur la base d'un signal de sortie provenant du capteur piézoélectrique (10), le dispositif de détection de signes vitaux (1) détecte la respiration et/ou le rythme cardiaque d'un sujet (P).
