Abstract:
(EN) A light-emitting device, provided with: a solid light-emitting element emitting excitation light that has a maximum intensity value in the wavelength region of 440 nm to less than 470 nm; and a wavelength conversion member 100 obtained by combining a first wavelength converter 1 containing a first phosphor 1A, which is a particulate phosphor and which is an inorganic phosphor activated by Ce3+, and a second wavelength converter 2 containing a second phosphor, which is an inorganic phosphor activated by Ce3+. The first phosphor emits a first fluorescent light, which has a maximum intensity value in the wavelength region of 470 nm to less than 530 nm, and the second phosphor emits a second fluorescent light, which has a maximum intensity value in the wavelength region of 580 nm to less than 660 nm. The first wavelength converter has a dispersed state in which the particles of the first phosphor are not in contact with each other.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent comprenant : un élément électroluminescent solide émettant une lumière d'excitation qui a une valeur d'intensité maximale dans la région de longueur d'onde de 440 nm à moins de 470 nm ; et un élément de conversion de longueur d'onde 100 obtenu par combinaison d'un premier convertisseur de longueur d'onde 1 contenant un premier luminophore 1A, qui est un luminophore particulaire et qui est un luminophore inorganique activé par Ce3+, et un second convertisseur de longueur d'onde 2 contenant un second luminophore, qui est un luminophore inorganique activé par Ce3+. Le premier luminophore émet une première lumière fluorescente, qui a une valeur d'intensité maximale dans la région de longueur d'onde de 470 nm à moins de 530 nm, et le second luminophore émet une seconde lumière fluorescente, qui a une valeur d'intensité maximale dans la région de longueur d'onde de 580 nm à moins de 660 nm. Le premier convertisseur de longueur d'onde a un état dispersé dans lequel les particules du premier luminophore ne sont pas en contact l'une avec l'autre.
