Abstract:
(EN) A sealed cell 20 includes an electrode body 22 and a bottomed cylindrical outer casing can 50 that accommodates the electrode body. The outer casing can is formed by nickel-plated iron, and a lead connected to one of a cathode and an anode and the outer casing can are welded by a welding part 54 formed from the outside surface of the outer casing can toward the lead. The welding part 54 is formed by traces of fusion and has a first layer 56 and a second layer 58 having a higher nickel concentration than the first layer 56. The first layer 56 is formed from the lead through to the inside of the outer casing can, the second layer 58 is formed so as to adjoin the first layer 56 on the outside surface side of the outer casing can, and the whole of the first layer 56 is covered with the second layer 58 when the welding part is viewed from the outside of the outer casing can.
(FR) L'invention concerne une cellule scellée 20 comprenant un corps d'électrode 22 et un boîtier externe cylindrique à fond 50 qui loge le corps d'électrode. Le boîtier externe est formé en fer plaqué de nickel, et un fil connecté à l'une d'une cathode et d'une anode et le boîtier externe sont soudés par une partie de soudage 54 formée à partir de la surface externe du boîtier externe vers le fil. La partie de soudage 54 est formée par des traces de fusion et comporte une première couche 56 et une seconde couche 58 ayant une concentration en nickel plus élevée que la première couche 56. La première couche 56 est formée à partir du fil à travers l'intérieur du boîtier externe, la seconde couche 58 est formée de manière à être adjacente à la première couche 56 sur le côté de surface externe du boîtier externe, et l'ensemble de la première couche 56 est recouvert de la seconde couche 58 lorsque la partie de soudage est vue depuis l'extérieur du boîtier externe.
