Abstract:
(EN) This gas sensor (100A) is provided with: a first electrode (103); a metal oxide layer (104) formed on the first electrode (103) and having a resistance value that changes when contacting hydrogen atoms; a second electrode (105) formed on the metal oxide layer (104); and an insulating film (106) which covers at least a portion of side surfaces of the first electrode (103), the metal oxide layer (104) and the second electrode (105), wherein in the metal oxide layer (104), a portion of a first interface surface (109) between the first electrode (103) and the metal oxide layer (104) is not covered by the insulating film (106) and exposed to gas.
(FR) L'invention concerne un capteur de gaz (100A) comprenant : une première électrode (103) ; une couche d'oxyde métallique (104) formée sur la première électrode (103) et présentant une valeur de résistance qui change lorsqu'elle entre en contact avec des atomes d'hydrogène ; une seconde électrode (105) formée sur la couche d'oxyde métallique (104) ; et un film isolant (106) qui recouvre au moins une partie des surfaces latérales de la première électrode (103), de la couche d'oxyde métallique (104) et de la seconde électrode (105).
