Abstract:
(EN) An image processing device, method, and program that make it possible to more properly align a brain image and a standard brain image. According to the present invention, a landmark detection unit 22 detects, from a brain image B0, at least four reference landmarks from among the left eye, the right eye, the diencephalon, the fornix, the corpus callosum, the left hippocampus, and the right hippocampus. A first alignment unit 23 performs first alignment that includes alignment that is based on a similarity transformation, using the reference landmarks, between the brain image B0 and a standard brain image Bs. A second alignment unit 24 performs second alignment that is based on a nonlinear transformation between the brain image and the standard brain image Bs from after the first alignment.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif, un procédé et un programme de traitement d'images qui permettent d'aligner plus convenablement une image cérébrale et une image cérébrale standard. Selon la présente invention, une unité de détection de points de repère (22) détecte, à partir d'une image cérébrale (B0), au moins quatre points de repère de référence parmi l’œil gauche, l’œil droit, le diencéphale, le fornix, le corps calleux, l'hippocampe gauche et l'hippocampe droit. Une première unité d'alignement (23) réalise un premier alignement qui comprend un alignement qui est basé sur une transformation homothétique, à l'aide des points de repère de référence, entre l'image cérébrale (B0) et une image cérébrale standard (Bs). Une seconde unité d'alignement (24) réalise un second alignement qui est basé sur une transformation non linéaire entre l'image cérébrale et l'image cérébrale standard (Bs) après le premier alignement.
