Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a treatment apparatus and treatment method for hardness component-containing water that effect reverse osmosis membrane treatment after the hardness component-containing water has been softened, the apparatus and method being able to reduce the amount of hardness components in the concentrate that flows out in the latter stage. The apparatus 1 for treating hardness component-containing water is provided with: a reaction tank 12 for adding an alkaline agent and/or a carbonic acid compound to hardness component-containing water in order to make the hardness components insoluble; a solid-liquid separation device 16 for performing solid-liquid separation of the insoluble product obtained; a reverse osmosis membrane treatment device 20 for treating the solid-liquid separation liquid obtained with a reverse osmosis membrane to obtain a concentrate and a permeate; and a return pipe 38 for returning at least a portion of the concentrate obtained to the earlier stage of the solid-liquid separation means.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de traitement pour de l'eau contenant des composants de dureté à l'aide d'un traitement membranaire par osmose inverse après que l'eau contenant des composants de dureté a été adoucie, l'appareil et le procédé étant en mesure de réduire la quantité de composants de dureté dans le concentré qui résulte de la dernière étape. L'appareil 1 pour traiter l'eau contenant un composant de dureté comprend : un réservoir de réaction 12 où est ajouté un agent alcalin ou un composé d'acide carbonique à de l'eau contenant des composants de dureté afin de rendre insoluble les composants de dureté; un dispositif de séparation solide-liquide pour effectuer une séparation solide-liquide du produit insoluble obtenu; un dispositif de traitement membranaire par osmose inverse 20 pour traiter le liquide issu de la séparation solide-liquide avec une membrane d'osmose inverse afin d'obtenir un concentré et un perméat; et un tuyau de retour 38 pour renvoyer au moins une partie du concentré du dispositif de séparation solide-liquide obtenu à l'étape précédente.
