This sound pickup device is for picking up a target sound output from an object which is the sound source. The sound pickup device includes a control unit that: generates object location information indicating the location of the object, on the basis of image data from a camera; generates sound-source location information indicating the location of the sound source, on the basis of acoustic signals from a microphone array; sets, for the object location information, a weighting which depends on the image capturing state of the camera; and determines the direction for picking up the target sound, on the basis of the object location information, the object location information weighting, and the sound-source location information.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de prise de son destiné à capter une sortie sonore cible à partir d'un objet qui est la source sonore. Le dispositif de prise de son comprend une unité de commande qui : génère des informations de localisation d'objet indiquant la localisation de l'objet, en fonction de données d'image provenant d'une caméra; génère des informations de localisation de source sonore indiquant la localisation de la source sonore, en fonction de signaux acoustiques provenant d'un réseau de microphones; définit, pour les informations de localisation d'objet, une pondération qui dépend de l'état de capture d'image de la caméra; et détermine la direction de prise du son cible, en fonction des informations de localisation d'objet, de la pondération d'informations de localisation d'objet et des informations de localisation de source sonore.
