Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a ceramic heater which is for a glow plug and has high resistance to thermal shock. The present invention provides a ceramic heater 10 for a glow plug 1 having a leading end section which is to be inserted into the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine, wherein the ceramic heater has a current conducting member 11 and an insulating member 16 covering the current conducting member 11, and the insulating member 16 contains a nano-composite comprising silicon nitride (Si3N4) as the parent phase and silicon carbide (SiC) dispersed into the silicon nitride (Si3N4) or contains silicon nitride (Si3N4) and nano-size titanium oxide (TiO2).
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de fournir un dispositif de chauffage en céramique étant destiné à une bougie de préchauffage et présentant une résistance élevée au choc thermique. La présente invention concerne un dispositif de chauffage en céramique 10 pour bougie de préchauffage 1 ayant une section d'extrémité avant qui doit être insérée dans la chambre de combustion d'un moteur à combustion interne, le dispositif de chauffage en céramique comportant un élément conducteur de courant 11 et un élément isolant 16 recouvrant l'élément conducteur de courant 11, et l'élément isolant 16 contenant un nano-composite comprenant du nitrure de silicium (Si3N4) en tant que phase parente et du carbure de silicium (SiC) dispersé dans le nitrure de silicium (Si3N4) ou contenant du nitrure de silicium (Si3N4) et de l'oxyde de titane de taille nanométrique (TiO2).
