Abstract:
(EN) Because the pressure angle β° (=12°) of teeth 47 of a worm wheel 46 is greater than the pressure angle α° (=11°) of teeth 45 of a worm 44, the tips of the teeth 47 of the worm wheel 46 can be given a more tapered shape than if the pressure angle of the teeth of the worm and the pressure angle of the teeth of the worm wheel were the same angle (as has been the case in the past). This makes it possible to ensure that teeth which, in past cases, had been variable in terms of coming into contact reliably do not come into contact with each other even if there had been non-uniformity in the teeth 47 of the worm wheel 46.
(FR) Comme l'angle de pression β° (=12°) des dents 47 d'une roue à vis sans fin 46 est supérieur à l'angle de pression α° (=11°) des dents 45 d'une vis sans fin 44, les pointes des dents 47 de la roue à vis sans fin 46 peuvent avoir une forme plus conique que si l'angle de pression des dents de la vis sans fin et l'angle de pression des dents de la roue à vis sans fin ont le même angle (comme cela a été le cas dans le passé). Il est ainsi possible de garantir que les dents qui, dans le passé, avaient été en contact de manière fiable et variable, n'entrent pas en contact les unes avec les autres, même s'il n'y avait pas d'uniformité dans les dents 47 de la roue à vis sans fin 46.
(JA) ウォームホイール46の歯部47の圧力角β°(=12°)の方が、ウォーム44の歯部45の圧力角α°(=11°)よりも大きくなっているので、ウォームの歯部の圧力角とウォームホイールの歯部の圧力角とが同じ角度であるもの(従前の形態)に比して、ウォームホイール46の歯部47の歯先を先細り形状にできる。これにより、ウォームホイール46の歯部47にばらつきがあったとしても、従前の形態の場合に接触したりしなかったりしていた歯部を、互いに確実に接触させないようにできる。
